Everything is itemised, in writing, and explained clearly before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises and nothing left to guess. The Quiet Farewell

A dignified cremation or burial without a formal ceremony. All essentials including transportation, essential mortuary care, a Dune eco casket, cremation/burial paperwork, cremation or burial coordination, and ashes returned in a temporary urn.

The Send-Off

A meaningful funeral ceremony at a private event space, chapel, hall, garden, graveside or home, without a formal wake. Includes all funeral care, ceremony design, celebrant, order of service, venue and music.

The Full Farewell

Gold Coast's only ceremony-to-wake funeral experience. Everything in The Send-Off, plus full venue styling, floral coordination, catering management, and the wake flowing directly from the ceremony.

A large-scale, fully produced farewell for 80+ guests. Everything in The Full Farewell, plus premium venue exclusive hire, live music, memorial video, upgraded urn, branded tissues, and a dedicated coordinator.

Funerals for babies,
infants & children

We offer subsidised pricing for the funeral care of babies, infants, children and young people up to 12 years, including stillbirth and pregnancy loss. These services are offered at a reduced cost because we believe no family should face financial barriers at the most devastating moment of their lives.

Little One's Essentials
$1,500 inc. GST

A gentle, dignified cremation for your little one. Includes 24/7 care, transportation from hospital or coroner to our mortuary partner and crematorium, bathing, dressing and encasketing, a complimentary white wooden casket for babies or cardboard casket for older children, cremation, and all paperwork including the death certificate.

Little One's Service
From $3,850 inc. GST

A bespoke ceremony for your child — from a small, intimate vigil to a larger gathering for the whole community. Includes everything in the Essentials package, plus a personalised ceremony by one of our funeral celebrants. Venue, styling, catering, and casket or urn upgrades can be added.

Our fees — included in your package
  • Funeral arranger's fee: $2,500 for a service; $495 for a no-service cremation or burial
  • Transportation from place of death to our mortuary partner: $550–$650
  • Mortuary care: Essential $850, Extended (temporary preservation) $1,150, Full (full embalming) $1,350
  • Storage at our mortuary partner: $75 per night if required after 7 days complementary
  • Hire of cooling plate: $110 per night if required
  • Hearse hire: $550–$850 depending on chosen vehicle
Third-party fees
  • Cremation fees: $1,200 (included in all packages that include cremation)
  • Death certificate from BDM: $66 (included in all packages)
  • Cremation certificates: $150
  • Burial plot & interment fees: paid directly to Gold Coast Cemeteries, ranging from $1,793 to $6,778 depending on plot type and location. Not included in any package — arranged separately.

A funeral involves costs from several different sources: our fees, our supplier partners, and government or cemetery fees that are set externally and passed on to you at cost. Here's a clear breakdown of what falls into each category.

Our mortuary services are provided by Home Mortuary Support Services — Stapylton, QLD. Our cremation services are provided by Eco Memorial Park — Stapylton, QLD. Transportation of your person is in a suitable vehicle owned by Home Mortuary Support Services and will only occur as agreed in your funeral plan.

Pricing questions

  • Our package prices include everything listed in the inclusions, there are no hidden fees added afterwards. The only costs outside our package prices are third-party fees (burial plot, interment fees) and optional add-ons you choose to include. We'll provide a fully itemised quote before you commit to anything.

  • Burial plot costs are set by the cemetery (not by us) and vary significantly depending on the cemetery, plot type, and location. Gold Coast cemetery interment fees range from approximately $1,793 to $6,778. We can help you understand your options and will always advise the full cost upfront before anything is confirmed.

  • Our professional service fee ($2,500 for a service, $495 for a no-service cremation or burial) covers the planning, coordination and direction of your farewell, from the first call through to the day itself. It includes our time, our expertise, our supplier relationships, and our availability to you 24 hours, 7 days. It is included in all package prices.

  • Yes, and we encourage it. You can call us or email us at any time for an obligation-free quote. We'll ask a few gentle questions about what you're looking for and provide a clear, itemised quote in writing. There's no pressure and no commitment required.

  • Just ask. We have access to hundreds of suppliers across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern Rivers; florists, caterers, musicians, photographers, videographers, stylists and more. If you have something specific in mind, we'll find a way to make it happen.
